Unlock Shuko and Duke:
Enter to the character selection menu. 
Highlight Billy for 3 seconds, move to Marian and wait 3 seconds, 
move to Chung Fu and wait 3 seconds, and move to Jimmy and wait 3 
seconds. Now you can select the two hidden character.
