Sims 2 cheat mode:
Enter the "Buy Perks" screen from the Info menu then hold L + R + Square
buttons. A "Cheat" perk should appear, displaying a free Woo-Hoo icon.
Buy it to get a money, skills, clear your needs, and fill your Sanity.
The Night-Beast mission:
Annie Howell is the night beast. She will tell you if you intimidate her.
Tychno:
Baby Tychno is in the hidden sublevel in the laboratory.
Intimidate the person in black.
Winning chats, flirting, and intimidation:
Try to increase your Sanity level as high as possible, and you will have
a better chance in winning all social games.
Easy money:
Build up your creativity by painting (hazel dente's back garden or buy one) and
then when you are good enough paint then sell all your paintings for 500
simoleons each, make sure you sleep though!

Examine the dresser in the bakers bedroom. Then, give the wife the note.
You can now hack into his secret room.
