Unlock Shin Gouki:
Win arcade mode with Evil Ryu once. Then, press and hold select 
when using Gouki

Unlock EX-M.Bison and Final-Vega:
Finish arcade mode once, after, at the character select screen, press and 
hold 'Select' and select M.Bison or Vega 

Unlocke Final-Vega 
Finish arcade mode.

Fight against Shin Gouki 
When selecting Final Battle mode, press L + R

Get bonus ISM pluses 
Choose a World Tour or Entry Mode character. 
After finish any mode, which allows an Entry Mode character to be played.
