Finish a season with any of the selected club then wait until the 1st 
of July. Then, select "Player Search" and go to "Contract Status" enter

Choose your details, select Southampton as your team and take control. 
Then, purchase only 3 players of the same league and continue. Then, 
select 2 friendlies and continue with the season, You will then have 
the best team in the championship and will automatically get promoted.

If decided which player want to get, go to "Auctions" then go "Make Offer".
Make a loan offer (must be 100% wages and one month).
