Complete card library (20 of each):
Choose a new deck at the deck menu, then display the Editor Options menu. 
Select "Name Deck" and enter "blvrtrsk" as a name. If the code is accepted, 
you will hear a sound.

Unlock all puzzles:
Choose a new deck at the deck menu, then display the Editor Options menu. 
Select "Name Deck" and enter "whowantspie" as a name. If the code is accepted, 
you will hear a sound.
