Unlock Multi-player mode:
Finish mission 39 to access the Multi-player mode. 

All MGs:
Note: Do this before the game is saved for the first time.  
At the name entry prompt, leave the alphabet as default alphabet and 
choose the Japanese character in the top left 3 times, then select the 
character at the bottom left also 3 times.
