Indestructible landscape: Finish mission 25
Invisibility in multi-player games: Finish mission 16
Jetpack: Finish mission 8
Laser sight: Finish mission 4
Longbow: Get gold medal in Euthanasia training mode
Moon gravity: Finish mission 20
Shotgun: Get gold medal in Rifle Range training mode
Banana Bomb power-up: Finish mission 33 training mode 
Invincibility: Get an Elite rating in Deathmatch mode
