C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Up, C-Left, C-Left, C-Right, C-Right, C-Up, 
C-Up, C-Down, C-Down, Analog-joystick Up, Analog-joystick Down, 
Analog-joystick Left, Analog-joystick Right and Start.

New game with previous energy
Finish the game using a memory pak, then begin a new game. You will start 
the new game with the energy level from previously game.
