Enter the following cheat codes:

Brandon gang: Enter "NNKNHCKS"
Campaign mode bonus Boat assault level: Enter "WRDRB"
Custom 1 gang in multi-player mode: Enter "TRDDYBRRKS" 
Get all weapons: Enter "RCKTSRDGLR"
Invincibility: Enter "HPPYHPPY"
Level select: Enter "8ODYS"

Suicide
During game play, hit C-Up + C-Down + C-Left + C-Right.

Customized gangs:
Enter the code "TRDDYBRRKS". The "Custom Gang" text will appear 
at the bottom of the screen. You will be able to type in letters 
and customize your own gangs.
