Free Battle Axe and Armor
Make an extra space in your party, go outside the castle and speak with Brenna
Tell her it is too dangerous. You will get a Battle Axe and Idem scale.

Chaos Sword location:
Go out form the town, turn left onto the beach and turn right at the bush.
Go upwards on the path until you will find a campsite. There is a chest inside, 
which contain the most powerful weapon.
