Enable Cheat mode:
Pause game play, then hold L + R and hit Up, Y, Y, B, Up, A.
If the code is accepted, you will see an "Enter Cheat" message.
After release L + R and enter the following codes:
Kill yourself (single player mode):
First enable cheat mode, then hit L, Z, R, Up, A, Z.
No HUD:
First enable cheat mode, then hit A, Y, Right, A, Z, B.
Kill Nemesis:
First enable cheat mode, then hit L, Y, L, Z, L, Z.
Pickup OSS document:
First enable cheat mode, then hit Left, Y, B, A, Down, B.
Disable shellshock:
First enable cheat mode, then hit Z, R, X, Y, Y, L.
Unlimited ammunition:
First enable cheat mode, then hit Z, R, Up, X, B, A.
Re-enter the cheat code to disable cheat effect.
Invincibility:
First enable cheat mode, then hit B, Y, Right, A, Z, R.
Maximum adrenaline meter:
First enable cheat mode, then hit X, L, B, Z, L, Y.
Get EA LA Medal of Valor medal
Finish the game and reach Gold Star in all mission

Enter the options menu and enable the subtitles.
Finish the following missions with all gold medals to unlock medals:
