Unlock All locations:
Hold L + Y and press Left, Up, Up, Right, Down,  Down, Right, Down 
at the main menu. 

Unlock all apparel
Hold L + Y and press Right, Right, Left, Up, Up, Up, Down, Left
at the main menu. 

Normal size
Hold L + Y and press Right, Right, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left.
at the main menu. 

Easy goals:
Go to the wings to score easy goals.

Unlock bonuses:
Finish Rule The Street mode to get 1500000BH and unlock every rewards 

How to get more trick points easily:
On the pitch go to the bottom-right hand corner and do ounce of bounce, then 
go to another player and do pot of gold on them. Then you will have X2 combo, 
quickly take a shot and you will at least get 1000 trick points. Sometimes
