Unlock MAX in battle mode
Get all Lightning Cards in normal mode, then hit Z at the 
player selection screen in battle mode.

Unlock "Mini Game" option
Finish level 4-3

Unlock the "Group A/B" option at the stage selection screen:
Finish normal mode once

Unlock Golden Bomber in battle mode
Beat any match in battle mode after re-play the same match without 
modifing any other options.
