Manual ball control
Pause the gameplay, after enter the following button combinations:
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right, L, L, L, R, L, R, L. 
Hold L + R and push Right or Left to move the ball on the pitch. 

Unlock all teams and modes
Press Up, Up, Right, Right, Y, Y, Y while you are at the main menu.
